Manufacturing Maintenance Technician We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery. Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and operating difficulties.Determines repair procedures and implements those repairs that will be effective in preventing reoccurrence.Can navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software for the purpose of troubleshooting equipment faults.Can modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.Installs, moves, and aligns new and existing equipment.Sets up and operates various types of machine shop equipment with a moderate degree of accuracy and efficiency.Performs both gas and electric welding operations.Completes related machine repair records, performs associated handling duties, and maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.Performs all necessary preventive and proactive tasks on plant equipment.Performs other related duties as assigned by supervision and/or designated team leader. Education Required: Must be able to apply principles acquired through technical or vocational subjects (certificates or some college courses) Additional Information: Manager is looking to direct hire this position if it is the right candidate. Pay rate up to $37.00/HR depending on the candidate’s skill set and experience not more than that.
