Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in an ammunition manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of products on the assembly line, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain an immaculately clean and organized work area to promote safety, efficiency, and elite presentation at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during production.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support other production staff as needed to meet deadlines and production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting skills is advantageous.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
• Forklift certified is a major plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
