Job Scope:
Ultimate Research and Technology is a state of art manufacturer producing advanced small arms projectiles for the defense industry. The Bullet Assembly is responsible for all aspects of projectile production.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Achieving daily production and quality objectives
- Establishing an assembly process
- Continuously improving the processes
- Producing assembly tooling and maintaining tooling inventories and ready for use
- Communicating to other members on the manufacturing team and support staff
- Strive for excellence
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Part cleaning, packaging, and shipping
- Housekeeping and organization
- Inventory control
- Product testing
- Other duties as assigned
