Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy trampoline park in Stillwater. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, maintain a safe and clean facility, and deliver a positive and energetic guest experience.
The General Manager will be responsible for supervising all aspects of park operations including team leadership, scheduling, facility oversight, concessions, guest experience, and ensuring safety standards across all attractions.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the trampoline park
- Supervise, train, and support staff members
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Ensure safety rules and park policies are followed at all times
- Monitor and maintain trampoline attractions and equipment
- Oversee concessions operations and inventory
- Handle customer service issues and guest concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Step in to support staff during busy periods
- Ensure the park operates efficiently during high-volume periods, events, and weekends
Requirements
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and able to work weekdays, weekends, afternoons, and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
