THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As Project Manager for the Digital Optimization Team, you will help our team get things done by guiding the work that supports A/B Tests, Conversion Rate Optimization and Personalization initiatives. You will bridge the gap between our team and other business verticals with dependency management, activity and resource planning, prioritization, and time management. We expect you have a passion for creating and refining processes as much as executing them.

 

The Digital Optimization Team is centralized within the Digital User Experience Team and is relied on by eCommerce product groups to optimize web and app experiences via A/B testing and rapid experimentation/iteration, deliver on analytics, and measure success.

 

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Planning, managing, and monitoring sprint delivery
• Driving work to completion and effectively managing and reporting on scope, risks and issues, budget, and timelines
• Developing relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives
• Adapting, pivoting, and changing direction based on product manager direction and business needs
• Making decisions when the going gets tough and facilitating decision-making moments for others
• Providing rationale and stating assumptions to validate those tough decisions
• Addressing and facilitating conflict, with diplomacy and poise or possibly elevating issues to management
• Ensuring all project tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked
• Communicating effectively with remote teams and a diverse cohort of colleagues to get projects across the finish line
• Energizing the team with a positive attitude

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelors Degree or applicable work experience
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, working in an agile eCommerce environment on initiative with cross-functional. This person will be managing more than 5 work streams which flow into this group. 
• Experience leading agile teams or leading an agile transformation
• Experience working in an agile development including tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to successfully manage priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
• Demonstrated ability to build a positive business and IT relationship, and gain the trust of others in a cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and to operate under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency
• Experience of an Agile work environment and ability to pivot quickly
• At least 2 projects related to analytics reporting, including things like A/B tests, Conversion Optimization, and Personalization Initiatives
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation
• Able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms

 

The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $108,600.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
