They will also be responsible for marking switch and light locations, wearing safety gear, managing workflow, and connecting electrical systems to power lines.

Primary Job Roles
- Mark switch and light locations per plan
- Ensure safety by wearing necessary protective gear
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines
- Drill wire holes through studs
- Install appropriate wiring for appliances
- Study blueprints
- Install and wire panel box, labeling each breaker
- Run electrical tests
- Connect electrical systems to power lines
- Test electrical systems for proper installation and operation
- Inspect electrical systems for needed repairs
- Replace conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of a training program or apprenticeship
- Journeyman Electrician license required in the state of practice
- Strong math skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Must be physically able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
- $20 Hourly during training and then transitioned into Piece Work Pay
