Job Description

  • Provide assistance to management on potential business needs leads, and follows-up on existing customers, in order to help develop product sales.
  • Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues and focuses on sustaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a relationship with the customer.
  • Develops and masters researching techniques to identify prospective customers, and to identify the decision makers in the prospective organizations.
  • Develops and manages relationships with assigned prospects and customers and works with the sales staff to assess account potential.
  • Assists in up-selling opportunities.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications

  • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related disciplines
  • 5 years of relevant experience in handing business development or sales activity.
  • Knowledgeable in new product development and portfolio management concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability on how to develop a business.

What we offer:

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000. - $110,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.

This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
