Ukonic is a rapidly growing consumer products company based in Henderson Nevada, specializing in licensed merchandise, collectibles, gaming products, homewares, and pop culture brands. We sell across all major eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target & TikTok Shop.

As our eCommerce business continues to grow, we are seeking an Ecommerce Team Supervisor who will play a key role in managing daily order fulfillment and helping build and lead a dedicated eCommerce department team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position based in our Henderson NV warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processing and fulfillment of direct-to-consumer eCommerce orders while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service standards.

As the business grows, this role has the opportunity to develop into a broader leadership position, with responsibility for training, managing, and developing a small eCommerce fulfillment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily eCommerce order processing across Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target Plus, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor order queues and prioritize urgent shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock investigations.
• Work closely with warehouse associates to optimize fulfillment workflows.
• Resolve shipping, fulfillment, and inventory issues quickly and effectively.
• Monitor marketplace service-level requirements and performance metrics.
• Assist with returns processing and customer order issues.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to support business growth.
• Train and supervise additional team members as eCommerce volumes increase.
• Support temporary agency labor during peak trading periods as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in eCommerce warehouse operations, order fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Experience working with direct-to-consumer (B2C) order processing.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership potential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Willingness to work some weekends during peak season.
• Ability to lift and move products as required within a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, Best Buy Marketplace, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with ShipStation, inventory management systems, or ERP software.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Previous experience managing temporary agency workers or seasonal warehouse labor.
• Understanding of marketplace performance metrics and fulfillment standards.
