Job Description
The General Machine Maintenance Technician conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of machinery and equipment associated with machine operations.
Responsibilities
- Service CNC Machinery, manual machines, and machining centers
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machines & equipment
- Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Identify and replace parts as necessary
- Complete testing and make adjustments of parts as needed
- Complete planned and preventative procedures
- Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
Requirements
- Experience in Repair and Maintenance of CNC machinery greatly preferred
- Industrial Screen Printing Service/Repair machinery experience greatly preferred
- Industrial Large format Printer machinery experience greatly preferred
- Fully experienced with all basic hand tools and tool box
- Must be able to pass background and drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
