Summary:
Completes carpentry tasks such as remodeling and repairing buildings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Various remodeling tasks such as but not limited to remodeling; remove/install new walls, remove/install metal roofing, carpet/tile floors, move doors, install windows.
Perform all duties particular to and normally required in the trade of carpenter, following recognized procedures and techniques for such work.
Ensure work site is safe and neat on a daily basis. Clean site daily, taking steps to protect existing finishes. Follow all safety protocols and ensure work sites/areas are not hazardous or pose a risk to colleagues or passers-by.
Work in coordination with other tradesmen.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
