What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Assistant Professor (Hourly) - Orthodontics - College of Dentistry position at uic?
This role is essential in supporting and promoting excellence in the educational programs of the College of Dentistry and the Department of Orthodontics.
The faculty member will teach clinical courses within the Advanced Program and assist with course development and the establishment of evaluation criteria. Responsibilities include participating in departmental seminars, conferences, and faculty meetings, as well as contributing to departmental and college committees. Clinical responsibilities will primarily take place in the Post-Graduate Clinic. The faculty member is also expected to participate in continuing education programs within the College and at other locations as deemed appropriate. In addition, the individual will perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
