Human Resources Recruiter

A great UHY client is seeking an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have experience with recruiting, onboarding, and general human resources functions, along with strong communication skills, professionalism, and business acumen.

The HR Generalist role is an onsite position. This is a direct hire position.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and hiring activities.
• Manage and support new hire onboarding and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Serve as a professional representative of the organization when interacting with prospective candidates.
• Provide day-to-day support across general HR functions and employee needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related activities.
• Partner with leadership and employees to address HR questions and concerns.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Assist with special HR projects and other duties as assigned.

HR Generalist Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and general HR.
• Strong understanding of core HR practices and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Poised, polished, and professional communication style is required.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interact confidently with candidates, employees, and leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across the organization.
