About This Role

The VP of Marketing Communications is responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s brand narrative across all internal and external channels. This leader will oversee communications strategy, messaging architecture, content development, PR, and executive communications to drive brand visibility, strengthen reputation, and support company growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with deep experience in integrated communications, brand positioning, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developand own the company’s overarching communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints
  • Lead brand storytelling efforts, including content strategy, editorial planning, and thought leadership
  • Oversee PR strategy, media relations, and corporate reputation management
  • Partner closely with Executive Leadership, HR, Product, and Marketing to algin communications with company priorities
  • Manage internal communications programs that strengthen culture, transparency, and employee engagement
  • Guide crisis communications planning and response
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across digital, social, and offline channels
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure communications impact and brand health

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Communications, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in communications, public relations, or brand marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success developing integrated communications strategies for high-growth or consumer-facing brands
  • Experience managing media relations and navigatingcomplexcommunications challenges
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, social media, and content distribution
  • Experience managing agencies and large-scale communications programs
  • Healthcare of regulated-industry experience is a plus

Salary : $175,000 - $210,000
