Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator Opportunity -
This is a full time, 40 hour per week position working 8am - 4:30pm.
HRI Hospital is 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. Responsibilities
- Reports to, and assumes tasks as handed down from the HR Manager
- Be responsible for the scheduling of Mental Health Specialists and Registered Nurses.
- Create schedules for new employees and orient the new employees to the hospitals scheduling policies and procedure
- Provide a broad range of administrative support and secretarial duties
- Continually work to reduce the use of overtime

Qualifications
Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Formal training and/or proficiency in keyboarding, Microsoft Office programs (particularly Word) and other office equipment.
