Qualifications
Candiates must obtain the following prior to the start of the internship/ clinical rotation:
Affiliation Agreement between University and Clarion Psychiatric Center
Proof of Liability Insurance $100,000/ $300,000
Clearances/ Certificates:
- FBI
- State Police
- Child Abuse History Report
- Act 31 Mandated Reporter Certificate
- PreCheck Background Check (provided by facility)
Urine Drug Screen completed 30 days prior to start
Covid 19 proof of vacinaton or exemption approval attestation
2 Step TB test within the past year
