Finance Manager (Clinical Research)

Frontier Clinical Research is expanding! We are looking for a proven finance lead or manager.

Experienced Finance Manager needed with an outpatient clinical research organization on a full time in person basis.

Qualified Candidate

• Ensures financial processes, administration, and financial management.
• Maintains Quickbooks accounting system.
• Accounts Payable functions.
• Processes payments.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Prepares financial reports.
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Monitors study aging reports and sponsor follow-up.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Maintains Clinical Trial Management System.
• Reviews financially archived studies.
• Leads finance meeting.
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion.
• Supervises finance employees. Fostering an environment of open communication, collaboration, and professional development.
• Approves timesheets and monitor employee time and attendance.
• Setting team goals and evaluating the performance of team members through the use of performance reviews and performance management tools.
  
  

Requirements

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years managerial experience
• QB knowledge
• MS Office Suite
