Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client service including phones and reception
- Appointment scheduling
- Tax return and financial statement processing and scanning
- Quickbooks data entry
- Assistant to management
- Office operations
Qualifications:
- Desire to meet and exceed client expectations
- Interest in financial services
- Experience in office management
