Maintenance Attendant - Temporary Position

The Facility Helper provides support to the facilities management team by assisting with general maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment. This role helps maintain facility standards, supports technical staff, and contributes to the overall efficiency of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the routine cleaning, upkeep, and organization of facility spaces.
• Support maintenance staff with basic repairs and equipment handling.
• Move, organize, and transport materials or supplies as needed within the facility.
• Monitor facility conditions and report issues to the maintenance or supervisory team.
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of spaces for events or operational needs.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies in all tasks.
• Provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive environment for staff and visitors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in facilities, custodial, or general labor roles is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and facility operations preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
