Administrative Assistant:
Successful financial planning practice is seeking a strong Administrative Assistant candidate. Interested individuals will be responsible for a variety of pertinent tasks, allowing the Financial Advisor to focus on the continued growth of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have superior administrative skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail and will enjoy working directly with clients and staff on a daily basis.

- Financial Industry experience is helpful but not required
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of clerical procedures and organizational systems; such as record keeping and filing
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the practice to exceed client expectations.
- Serving as the 1st point of contact for prospective and current clients
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, as well as speaking with clients in a friendly, positive and warm manner
- Assisting with client inquiries regarding their accounts or other concerns always working to build and improve upon client relationships.
Assisting the Financial Advisor in document preparation and record maintenance.
- Setting appointments with prospects & clients, assisting Advisor with calendar management
- Confirming all client appointments
- Preparing pre-appointment documents
- Completing & processing new client applications
Assisting the Financial Advisor with the application process and management of paperwork.
- Maintaining office filing system; both paper and electronic
- Proactively following up on details related to the processing of cases.
- Other industry-specific tasks as needed.
Additional Details:
- Full time position
- 40 hours per week, 8:30 to 5 PM daily
- All work is in person, onsite in the Exton location.
