7. Prepare, review, and disburse lending documents; ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and ready for processing, closing, and post-closing review.

8. Maintain current knowledge of home equity lending practices, HELOC servicing considerations, credit union products, lending regulations, and internal policies.

9. Promote credit union products and services through appropriate cross-selling and member education.

10. Maintain loan files, records, and documentation in accordance with credit union standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

11. Travel to and assist at other branch locations as necessary.

12. Attend training courses, conferences, and seminars as necessary, and perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

2. Previous lending, financial services, credit union, banking, or member/customer service experience preferred.

3. Knowledge of consumer lending, home equity lending, HELOC documentation, credit reports, collateral review, and lending compliance requirements preferred.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain lending products and loan decisions in a clear, respectful, and member-focused manner.

6. Intermediate mathematical skills, including calculations involving decimals, fractions, percentages, ratios, and payment-related concepts.
