Responsible for the daily operations of all activities that relate to the reprocessing of reusable medical supplies and instrumentation including decontamination, cleaning, assembly, wrapping, sterilization and storage processes within all applicable professional standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Central Sterile Technician certification required. Must be able to read and write legibly and communicate in a professional manner to all hospital staff. Solid math skills required. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose Licensure/Certification/Registration: Central Sterile Technician certification required.
