- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, peripheral, and software application issues.
- Serve as an escalation for the PC Systems Specialist 1 positions.
- Utilize strong technical, organizational, and communication skills to provide effective support.
- Assist with projects as assigned.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a solution-oriented, customer-focused environment.
- Maintain a clear understanding of supported systems and applications to ensure effective problem resolution.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Associate degree in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- Required: 1-2 years of experience in an applicable technical field with working knowledge of PC hardware and software.

- Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PCs.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Required: None.
- Preferred: Technical certification(s) related to the field or production technologies.
