Overview
Highly responsible ECAC administrative position demonstrating unparalleled communication and organizational skills, working directly with Directors and Program Managers of ElderCare. Direct oversite of data entry staff as well as Emergency Energy Assistance Program and staff. Provides office support functions, with oversight of various clerical, secretarial, administrative and technical activities as required or assigned. Responsible for Accounts Payable/check request, bank deposits, posting client co-payments received and monthly invoice generation to clients. Maintains all office supply levels as appropriate. Work performed involves varied subject matter and degrees of difficulty and confidentiality, ranging from routine clerical assignments and administrative duties to internal project oversite. Assignments vary and change frequently resulting in variations in routines; require adaptability and prioritizing under minimum supervision and the ability to complete independently while providing the present status of each project to the Leadership team.
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:: High School diploma or GED required. Previous experience working in an office environment and with the elderly preferred. Must possess demonstrated database management, word processing and spreadsheet utilities skills; demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, and Excel processing skills. Must demonstrate independent project management, excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to handle changing priorities and manage time effectively and independently. Must demonstrate proficiency in grammar and composition, advanced accounting analytical skills. Familiarity with Servtracker, eCIRTS, Availity, AWARE and similar databases preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration:: None Motor Vehicle Operator Designation (Required): (Refer to CP 1.51): Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a 'non-frequent driver' NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or Shands automobile a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job. Please indicate the appropriate operator designation on the Request for Personnel (RFP) form at the time a RFP is submitted to post the position.
