Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate detailed business and technical requirements
- Design and configure ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs
- Validate system functionality through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change requests throughout the system lifecycle
- Develop and deliver end-user training and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and supporting business processes
- Demonstrated expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed business and technical requirements
- Experience designing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs
- Strong skills in system testing, change management, and end-user support
- Proven ability to monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
