Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field.
Preferred Education: Master's degree in nursing or health-related field preferred
Necessary Skills
Preferred Licensure/Certifications: Professional Nursing Certification
Required Experience: Over five (5) years clinical experience as an RN. Acute care hospital leadership experience.
Preferred Experience: Nursing Supervisor, Staffing, and Patient Placement experience preferred
Supervision: Supervisory responsibility of approx.130 employees.
Budgetary Responsibility: Responsible for annual budget of 2,280,000.00
