Monday - Friday
7:30am - 4:0pm
Performs credentialing and other administrative support services for Allied Health Professionals, Medical Staff members and Medical Staff leaders in a professional and confidential manner.
Qualifications
Required Education: GED or High School Diploma.
Preferred Education: Two (2) years college or Business school.
Preferred Licensure/Certifications: Certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services as Medical Staff Coordinator or Professional Credentialing Specialist.
Required Experience: Over two years coordination/management of medical staff affairs or over 10 years of admin assistant/clerical experience. A Bachelor' s degree may be accepted in lieu of required experience.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate with medical staff and administrative personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and Florida statutes relating to medical staff.
- Demonstrated ability to use word processor and implement filing system.
- Ability to maintain data base system to include all staff members regarding demographics, licensure, insurance and meeting attendance.
