Job Overview
Position is a hybrid Accounting/Supply Chain Assistant position working directly with the Controller and Supply Chain Manager at our corporate offices in Grain Valley, MO.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill this role. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Customer invoicing and cash application
- Bank and various GL account reconciliations
- Month end close duties
- Other duties as assigned by the Controller
- Data Entry for inventory transactions including inventory adjustments by direction, material issue to work ticket, and material transfers of location.
- Prepares EOM sales orders for internet sales.
- Issue material to shipped sales orders at EOM.
- Process goods receipts.
- Process labor reports to upload.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years experience required.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or Xero; familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for account reconciliation and general ledger management.
- Background check clearance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
