ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE
RESPONSIBILITIES
The AR Associate performs accounting tasks for UCONNECTCARE, Inc. and the UConnectCare Foundation. May be required to work additional hours. Non-Exempt position. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion and privacy regarding all facets of financial information and activities at all times.
Maintain and review Revenue Journal monthlly. Post billable service invoices, payments and depositgs into Blackbaud software. Minitor varoius revenue sources and ensure proper posting based on revenue type. Conduct finance and accouting functions w/in 10E11 monthly. Adhere to monthly closeout procedures and quarterly reconciliation of accounts receivbable and revenue accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field and two years experience. OR five years’ experience in accounting or related field.
Pre-employment background/post-offer drug screening required for new applicants. Must be free from addiction and non program participant. Must have valid NYS license and method of transportation. CARF and NHSC accredited. EOE.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
