JOB DUTIES JOB QUALIFICATIONS Description Join a skilled, collaborative surgical team that’s dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality patient care. As a Surgical Technologist, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, efficient, and supportive operating room environment. In this role, you will: Prepare surgical setups following department protocols and each surgeon’s preferences. Make sure the operating room is fully stocked and equipped with sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment before each procedure. Maintain the highest standards of aseptic technique and infection control. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team—passing instruments, managing supplies, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Handle and label medications and specimens safely and accurately in compliance with all regulatory standards. Perform precise instrument, sponge, and needle counts to prevent retained foreign objects. Work closely with nurses and surgeons to promote patient safety and procedural efficiency. Help with room turnover and cleaning between cases to keep workflows running smoothly. Stay up to date with surgical practices and emerging technologies through ongoing education and training. Salary Range: $37.50-$49.46
