What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Representative - Ambulatory Float Team position at UCLA Health Careers?
In this position, you will provide administrative and patient care support to various ambulatory practices. You will assist in coordinating patient flow throughout the clinic, from registration to discharge, process prior authorizations and complete Surgery Scheduling tasks. You will work as a member of the Ambulatory Care clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction and clinic operation. You will support different teams/ practices to cover illnesses, holidays, and leaves of absence.
This role requires a Team Assistant with a highly flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach as you will travel to UCLA Community practices in the cities listed below:

· Pasadena
· Porter Ranch
· Santa Clarita
· Burbank
· Simi Valley
· Los Angeles
· Westlake Village
Salary range: $30.36 - $30.36/Hourly
