THE JOB
- Facilitate weekly virtual training programs for new sales agents and lead generators
- Generate new training content for both the external sales force and internal support staff
- Ensure all new hires complete the training program and transitions smoothly to their new Supervisor on the floor
- Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to our salesforce focused on increase revenue generation
- Identify employee/leader developmental/training needs and assist in developing programs/initiatives to meet those needs to enhance performance, morale, and corporate loyalty throughout the organization while reflecting the organization’s core values
MUST HAVES
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business/Development fields
- 3 years’ experience in sales and/or a training role required
- 3 years' experience in a lead generation/call center role required
- Effective and articulate communicator with great cadence
- Crazy organized and knows how to stick to a schedule

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
