Duties
- Make outbound calls to business owners interested in online marketing
- Generate hot leads
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette

Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided!
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer trends and locate interested buyers
- Familiarity with call center technology, phone etiquette standards, and transferring calls is advantageous
