We are looking for a highly driven leader who knows how to motivate and support a team to help generate leads for our salesforce.
THE JOB
- Welcome all new hires and deliver motivating and inspiring virtual training for team members on a weekly basis
- Supervises a team of Lead Generators doing high volume outbound calls to set up appointments for interested customers
- Assists in continuous coaching on sales technique, quality and product knowledge and monitors effectiveness
- Track the growth and sales of each new team member to evaluate and provide positive and constructive feedback and monitor calls for effectiveness and improvement
- Come up with Daily Games, Spiffs, Fun Stuff to keep the team motivated and having a good time while they're currently working from home
- Deliver our Culture of Reward & Recognition to those team members working at home through Zoom Meetings, Huddles, etc. to show our appreciation for their hard work
MUST HAVES
- High school diploma, college preferred
- 3 years of experience in an outbound call center and/or training background
- Energetic and motivating personality with a strong desire to win for the team
- Effective and articulate communicator with great cadence
- Numbers driven to push your team to the next level!

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
