Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Provides basic patient care under the supervision of the RN team member. What It Takes to be Successful Required Qualifications: Current California Nurses Assistant Certification. Current BLS provider AB508 Training within ninety (90) days Must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent or above One-year acute care experience as a nursing assistant. Physical Requirements: Position involves standing and walking for long periods of time, approximately 75% of the workday. Must be able to transfer and lift patients as necessary. Weight will vary from patient to patient. Must have the dexterity, coordination, and visual and auditory acuity to perform all job responsibilities. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be free from signs of illness and infection.
