FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $27.61 - $41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary

Coordinates the education process and programs to ensure accreditation compliance for respective education programs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates, interprets, implements, and ensures compliance with policies of the accrediting agency.
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of CME activities including needs assessment, gap analysis, learning objectives, content development, and outcome evaluation.
  • Collaborate with physician planners and subject matter experts to identify educational needs based on practice gaps, quality metrics, morbidity and mortality data, and new medical advances.
  • Leads, organizes and maintains the institutional accreditation application and regulatory processes.
  • Manage logistics for live, enduring, RSS (Regularly Scheduled Series), and online activities, including registration, evaluations, disclosures, speaker agreements, and CME certificates.
  • Monitor and track physician participation, learner feedback, and post-activity outcomes.
  • Develop promotional materials and manage communications with participants and stakeholders.
  • Leads and manages the program design, development, implementation, and evaluation of program while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Manages the operations of the department including scheduling, budget development, program logistics, research and database management.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of related experience.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ACCME accreditation criteria and adult learning principles.
