Our hospital provides full-service healthcare to Osceola County and surrounding communities. We offer a wide range of specialties including 24/7 emergency care, women's care, and comprehensive surgical services, including robotic surgery. We are home to the Advanced Imaging Center and a Family Birthing Unit. We are committed to patient-centered care.

Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a crucial member of our collaborative nursing care team, delivering hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing care for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and assisting with movement, to keep patients comfortable and supported
- Checking vital signs, collecting specimens, and sharing updates with the nursing team to support timely, informed care
- Maintaining clean, safe, and well-stocked patient rooms by following infection prevention standards and keeping the environment organized
- Preparing patients for procedures and responding promptly to call lights and patient needs
- Caring for patients like family by communicating clearly, showing empathy, and guiding them and their families throughout every step of their care
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
