Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their North Florida Division is recruiting a Medical Director to be based at UCF Lake Nona Medical Center in Orlando, Florida.
HCA Healthcare Pathology Services consists of over 200 board certified multispecialty pathologists and provides professional services to over 100 HCA Healthcare owned hospitals as well as commercial clients. Job Summary:

Qualified Candidates:
- AP/CP Board Certification required
- 2 years of hospital-based Medical Director experience preferred
- Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP
- Recent general surgical pathology and clinical interpretations
- Recent experience performing frozen sections
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing a group
- Florida licensed or ability to obtain
- General surgical cases at a community-based hospital
- 1 pathology practice but part of a larger Orlando Market group that includes 4 other full-time pathologists and several PRNs to help cover PTO/CME
- PA is available to assist
