Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Parts Application Specialist will:
- Support Field Sales Office efforts to identify, standardize and upgrade service parts by researching UCC contract, standard or vendor drawings. Respond to inquiries on applications, product bulletins, product drawings and parts marketing database notes. Process part number addition requests and Engineering Work Requests.
- Develop pricing and processes price requests as necessary.
- Process customer master information changes, credit memorandums and commission adjustments. Enters/updates customer orders as necessary.
- Resolve customer issues regarding warranty claims, disposition reporting, emergency orders and past due order expediting.
- Assist in the expediting and collection of past due invoice accounts.
- Assist in the improvement of departmental processes and efficiency.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Associated Degree preferred
- 3-5 years Parts Application or related experience, Customer Service, Technical background and Computer/ ERP required.
- Ability to read engineered design drawings a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (including Outlook and Access programs) and intranet programs, Citrix and SharePoint preferred.
- Technical or manufacturing experience/ knowledge preferred. (Engineering, Purchasing or Operations)

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Pay Range: $65,000 to $80,000 annual pay based on skills and experience
