H2K Technologies is a manufacturer of large water treatment equipment and systems. We are seeking a full-time Mechanical Assembler to join our team, helping to construct the systems we manufacture at our facility in Corcoran, MN. The work environment is primarily indoors within a climate-controlled environment, occasional work at outdoor project sites in all seasons is possible.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Assembly Technician will:
We need someone with mechanical ability and experience around power tools. If you like working with your hands, are a team player and are willing to learn, we can train you. Daily tasks of the job include:
- Plumbing pumps, blowers, and other equipment, most commonly with PVC or galvanized pipe.
- Constructing enclosures for housing equipment systems, most commonly wood-framed sheds.
- Handle sub-assemblies and completed systems with forklift.
- Assist with control panel wiring/assembly and electrical systems wiring.
- This is not a factory line assembly position. System construction will vary for every project.
- Read and interpret drawings, and/or specifications
- Use of machinery to build systems
- Use of powered and basic hand tools
- Follow all company safety rules and regulations
- Perform assigned tasks in a safe manner at all times
- Maintain an organized work area and equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Consistently be present and on time.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Basic power and hand tools experience necessary.
- Plumbing: general knowledge
- Carpentry: general knowledge
- Electrical knowledge is not a requirement, but is beneficial
Essential Physical Abilities:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to climb up and down stairs and ladders
- Ability to work standing all day
- Ability to utilize full manual dexterity - bend & twist at waist & knees & reach overhead, along with sitting, squatting, bending, kneeling, lifting, walking, manipulating tools with limbs extended

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Pay Range: $23 to $26 per hour based on skills and experience
Other Compensation: Overtime Eligibility for 1 ½ times per hour
