What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ocean Import Freight Forwarder position at UCB LOGISTICS, INC?
UCB LOGISTICS, INC. (Total Logistics Company – 22 Years in Business) is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our friendly team.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in international logistics and trade, including ocean/air freight, customs clearance, trucking, and e-commerce operations.
Both entry-level and experienced applicants are welcome.
Job Duties
- Receive shipping documents from overseas partners and customers
- Enter shipment data into the system
- Track shipment status and update customers on schedules
- Support ocean and air freight operations
- Communicate with buyers and vendors via email and phone in English and Korean
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Korean) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Excel)
- Logistics experience is a plus, but not required
