What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Lab Scientist position at UC Davis Center for Precision Medicine and Data Sciences?
California State License for Clinical Laboratory Science or equivalent specialty license as defined in Division 2, Chapter 3 of the California Business and Professional Code, such as a Clinical Microbiologist Scientist, Clinical Chemistry Scientist, Clinical Hematology Scientist, or Clinical Immno Hematology Scientist, if working only in those subspecialties
Active licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
Required to hold a valid California driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
Experience working in a hospital lab setting.
Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation and time planning skills.
Effectively collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to improve quality outcomes.
Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently with a high level of autonomy, successfully prioritizing tasks.
