- analyze macroeconomic and corporate fundamental trends as well as industry dynamics
- provide equity strategy views based on rigorous analysis of data, valuations and risks
- write in a clear, concise and convincing manner to communicate strategy views and recommendations.
- build and maintain databases and models to evaluate vast amounts of information
- take leadership of projects, work collaboratively in a team setting
- interact with traders, salespeople, strategists and analysts to efficiently collect relevant data to make timely decisions.

- strong economic intuition, quantitative skills and solid writing skills
- must have excellent know-how of Python and Microsoft Excel
- good grasp of accounting, including reviewing and interpreting annual reports and financial statements
- experience in data science, machine learning or related AI fields is a big plus
- Master's degree in Economics/Finance or an equivalent certification (e.g., a CFA Charterholder)
