Key responsibilities
We’re looking for a Client Associate to:
- Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities
- Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
- Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
The team
You will be working with a team of Financial Advisors in the Paramus, NJ office.
Your skills and experience
- Series 7 and 66 licenses, not needed at time of hiring
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector, or;
- College degree, focusing on Finance/Banking
- Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
- United States - New Jersey - Paramus min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
