We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in in assisting the Financial Advisors in helping the clients meet their financial goals and servicing their day to day needs.

- keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- handling day to day service requests from clients
- help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- provide support for client relationship building and business development activities

Your expertise
- ideally 2 years of experience in client service, preferably within the finance sector
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent, focusing on business or finance
- excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- demonstrate problem solving skills as well as analytical and organizational skills
- detail oriented and a proficiency in multi-tasking
- desire to learn about financial markets
- series 7 and 66 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain
