We’re looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to:
- facilitate clients’ day-to-day account needs with speed and accuracy
- be an expert at opening new client accounts
- proactively leverage firm systems and team processes to deliver efficient, high-touch client service
- develop long-term relationships with top clients
- ensure that management systems are kept up-to-date
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
- work closely with lead FA to help with planning for meetings, calendars, travel, expenses
