We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to:

• provide best-in-class client experience through active communication, anticipation and fulfillment of needs, exceptional attention to detail, and quick inquiry resolution
• onboard and maintain client accounts, optimize operational efficiencies, process incoming/outgoing wires and charitable gifts, cash management, and key information documentation
• perform administrative duties that support daily business practices

You’ll be working as part of Vaudreuil Wealth Management in our Bloomington, MN office. Our team of wealth management specialists delivers exceptional client service and tailored financial planning with a personal touch. We approach every client as an individual, but for every client our end goal is the same: financial confidence.
As a Client Associate, you’ll play an important role providing excellent service to our clients and Financial Advisors.

You have:
– bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
– series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
– Ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector.

You are:
– independent, motivated, proactive, and focused to take action
– passionate about the client experience
– excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
