As an influential Client Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the relationship between the company and external business clients. In this capacity, you will be a trusted partner and consultant for our independent agent and automotive dealer clients serving as a primary inside point of contact for account management matters including product/service support, new agent or dealer on-boarding, business portal training and help-desk functions.
Working primarily in an inside office environment, the Client Relationship Manager will collaborate with a forward-thinking team of outside account executives to develop client relationships aimed at producing measurable results, increasing profit margins and long-term client retention. You must be passionate about high level problem solving, building relationships, determining clients' needs and ensuring we execute and deliver at the highest level possible.

Wise F&I delivers industry-leading administration services for automotive-related, voluntary protection products including GAP, VSC (Extended Warranty), Appearance, Tire & Wheel, Key Replacement and Theft-deterrent protection programs that are sold by automotive dealers or lenders to their customers. As a rapidly growing automotive F&I product provider with over 30 years of continuous operation in the automotive F&I space, our B2B client partners include seasoned independent Agents, regional and national Lenders, OEMs and Dealers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as marketing or management. A solid background in B2B client service or sales. Knowledge and experience relevant to the insurance or automotive F&I industry. Exemplary personal/soft skills and an enthusiastic, personable demeanor along with the ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving. Time management skills are also necessary to juggle what will likely be an inconsistent and fluid schedule.
