Job Overview
We’re hiring a Remote Field Technician to support our Dublin market. RT Techs complete pre-scheduled repairs from a company-provided mobile workstation (van).
These repairs are straightforward, routine device fixes, such as screen, battery, or back glass replacements. You will not be diagnosing unknown issues — your morning route will list exactly which repairs you’ll complete, and you’ll have the required parts for each job.
You’ll travel locally from appointment to appointment, perform the repair inside the van, and deliver friendly, professional service to every customer.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, structure, and hands-on work in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Travel locally to each appointment and perform repairs inside the company van.
- Complete routine device repairs such as screen, battery, and back glass replacements.
- Provide clear, friendly communication to customers before and after each repair.
- Handle each job efficiently based on the day’s pre-planned route and parts list.
- Handle and process daily inventory accurately and reliably.
- Meet performance goals for repair quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Document completed repairs accurately within company systems.
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Customer service or repair experience preferred (full training provided).
- Strong communication and reliability.
- Able to work independently and stay organized in a mobile environment.
- Comfortable traveling locally throughout the Dublin area.
- Technically inclined with willingness to learn routine repair processes.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
