Job Overview
We’re hiring an Electronics Repair Technician to join our Seabrook/Salem team. No prior repair experience is required — we provide complete training. What matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering top-quality repairs.
As a Back of House (BOH) team member, you’ll work hands-on with devices, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and collaborating closely with our Front of House staff to ensure each customer’s device is handled with precision and care. Technicians here will also have the opportunity to cross-train with our Remote Tech (RT) program based in Salem — gaining experience in both in-store and remote field operations as the Boston Market expands.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys learning new skills, solving problems, and contributing to a high-performance team environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers.
- Perform common repairs such as screen, battery, and charging port replacements.
- Maintain accuracy, speed, and quality while meeting repair goals.
- Communicate with customers directly to provide updates during the repair process.
- Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring parts and tools are organized and stocked.
- Follow standardized repair processes and uphold company quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support team performance goals and help maintain our reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- Previous repair experience preferred but not required — full training provided.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Hands-on learner with attention to detail and consistency.
- Dependable, motivated, and collaborative under structured systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Interest in electronics, technology, and developing technical skills.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting pay: $18–$20/hr
