We’re the individuals at the other end of the counter assuring customers that we can fix it all and the ones behind the magic curtain making sure that every customer has a working device and an amazing experience.
Our goal is to find an individual that is willing to learn the wonderful trade of technology repair. The only real requirement is that you love to help other people! Our job is about fixing technology, yes, but the real goal is to aid those in need… to save the baby pictures off of a water damaged phone, to get the entrepreneur back in business after she breaks her tablet, to help grandma download security software to prevent those pesky viruses. But most of all we are looking for individuals that want to grow and help us grow our ever-expanding team!

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- This position includes remote work in one of our vans. You will be driving for work and so a clean driving history is a must! Safe and responsible driving is paramount when going to and from jobs
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and create repair plans for devices
- Provide recommendations for problem resolution
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
- Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
